Giving Opportunities

Your Generosity Makes a Difference

Giving is one of the central themes in the Bible. Jesus talked more about this subject than heaven, hell, or prayer. To understand what it means to be a Christ-follower, we must also understand what it means to be a giver.

Paul said, “Let each one do just as he has purposed in his heart; not grudgingly or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver.” 2 Corinthians 9:7. 

God is more concerned about the attitude of the heart in giving than the percentage or the amount given. Nevertheless, the minimum He has asked His people to give is the tithe.
